As we reach the final stage of our Erasmus+ project – Knowledge is POWER: Providing learning and empowering opportUnities for young adults with sPecIal educational neEds (SEN), we take a moment to reflect on an inspiring journey of teamwork, creativity, and shared commitment to education. Over the past months, our consortium — bringing together partners from Bulgaria, Austria, Greece, Italy, and Cyprus — has worked tirelessly to create impactful educational resources, with a special focus on young adults with special educational needs (SEN) and youth entrepreneurship.

From the very start, we built a strong foundation through coordinated planning, regular partner meetings, and open communication channels. Our activities have ranged from desk research and interviews with key stakeholders to needs analysis and collaborative design of six innovative microlearning modules. These modules, enriched with AI-generated photo stories, are designed to make learning more engaging, accessible, and inclusive.
A highlight of our journey was the training event in Larissa, Greece, where partners came together in person to exchange expertise, test learning materials, and fine-tune our educational approach. This milestone strengthened our partnership and inspired fresh ideas for bringing our content to life.
Like any ambitious project, we faced challenges — from tight deadlines to finding the right creative approach for our videos — but each obstacle was met with problem-solving, flexibility, and mutual support. Today, we are proud to see how far we’ve come: all videos are now ready, the modules are complete, and our results are ready to be shared with a wider audience.
This project has not only achieved its goals but has also exceeded our expectations in building meaningful partnerships, creating valuable educational tools, and contributing to the Erasmus+ mission of fostering inclusion, innovation, and lifelong learning.
As we prepare to share our final results, we hope our work will inspire other educators, project leaders, and learners to explore new ways of making education more inclusive and creative.
