Snowy Sofia welcomes the partners of the MIRAGAMO project

On the 20th and 21st of January 2022, the kick-off meeting of the MIRAGAMO project took place in Sofia, Bulgaria.

MIRAGAMO stands for MICRO Interactive Video Clips for RAPID Learning by GAME Experience on MOBILE. It is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. MIRAGAMO is using an innovative combination of business theatre methods, gaming tools and digital learning in order to propose educational solutions with a solid and long-lasting emotional impact on learners and indirectly on society in general.

During the two-day meeting sessions, representatives of the partner organisations discussed different aspects of the project implementation, its objectives, budget allocation and the overall impact it will have on target audiences.

The project brings together three partner organisations from Bulgaria, Spain and Belgium – the Centre for Labour and Social Research, Acto Seguido, and Now.BE. Each partner is set to contribute with its invaluable experience and insights to the implementation of the activities under the project. The general objective of the consortium is to develop, validate and disseminate an innovative training method applied to a digital format that helps break gender stereotypes and stimulates behavioural changes leading to equality in the labour market.

According to Mrs Iva Evguenieva from the Centre for Labour and Social Research, the use of digital training tools will scale up the impact of the project by introducing the issues of discrimination and social inclusion to a significant number of employers and business decision-makers. This will contribute to providing better and equal opportunities in the labour market for people of different societal groups.
